Great experience dealing with Richard when I bought my Mini Countryman a few weeks ago. No pressure, unlike the big dealerships, just a friendly welcome and the car ready to drive away in beautiful condition. Paperwork dealt with quickly and efficiently and I am delighted to support a family business which obviously cares about its customers. I normally hate changing cars when having to deal with the usual BS, but there was none of that. I cannot recommend Richard and his business highly enough.
